SHIPPING & RETURNS
Processing Time
Processing Time Every order is carefully prepared and packaged. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your order to be processed before it is dispatched.
Delivery Time
We offer standard tracked delivery to the UK. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is within 7 to 15 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be slightly affected by local postal services or bank holidays.
Order Tracking
As soon as your piece is on its way, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your jewellery's journey to you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your Lunéa pieces. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions:
Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Hygiene Exception: For health and hygiene reasons, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings unless they arrive faulty.
Return Shipping Costs:
Please note that customers are responsible for return delivery costs. We highly recommend using a trackable delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
How to Initiate a Return:
To ensure your return is processed smoothly and securely, we require all returns to be authorised by our team prior to dispatch. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted or refunded.
JEWELLERY CARE & WARRANTY
Our pieces are crafted using a solid 925 Sterling Silver base, finished with 18k gold plating. To preserve the brilliance and longevity of the gold finish, please avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
Fading or tarnishing of the gold plating due to normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions, is not considered a manufacturing fault and is not eligible for a refund.
