What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Can I return earrings?
For health and hygiene reasons, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings unless they arrive faulty.
How do I start a return?
